We offer a 14-day refund policy on all Infile subscription purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@infile.app within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address used for your order and your transaction details.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of your refund request.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
